How a build comes together.
Pre-wire planning
We map every motorized window with you or your electrician before walls close, so hardwired shades are clean and hidden.
Measure on site
We measure once window openings are finished and confirm details against the plans.
Installed on your schedule
Shades and drapery in 7–10 days; shutters in about 30 days, or 2 weeks fast-tracked. Temporary shades are available while you wait.
Walkthrough-ready
Motors programmed and the app set up, so the home is ready to show or hand over at closing.
